The raw organic coconut chocolate bars are made by cold-pressing unroasted cocoa beans. The careful grinding and 60 hours of conching under temperature below 45º C ensures preservation of all its beneficial antioxidants and polyphenols. The process keeps the living enzymes in the cacao and removes the fat (cacao butter).
