Delivery

Our products are delivered by GLS or Pošta Slovenije.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be posted the same day.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Home delivery within 1-4 days.
If payment through the transfer to the Serena d.o.o.’s account (in accordance with the quotation/pro forma invoice) is selected, the delivery may be delayed, since the order is submitted first to the processing procedure after the receipt of the payment in accordance with the quotation/pro forma invoice.
In the case of your absence at the address indicated at the time of delivery, Pošta Slovenije will send you a notice indicating where you can collect the parcel or who to contact to arrange a new delivery.
The invoice for your order will be included in the parcel on delivery.

Postal charges

Slovenia

The cost of delivery in Slovenia depends on the weight of the ordered goods. The classes are:
package up to 2 kg = 3,50 €
package from 2 kg do 5 kg = 4,00 €
package from 5 kg do 10 kg = 4,80 €
package from 10 kg – 15 kg = 6,50 €
package from 15 kg – 20 kg = 7,40 €
package over 20 kg = 10,00 €
Free delivery on all orders exceeding € 60.

Other EU countries

Customers shall bear any possible customs duties for dispatch to countries outside the EU.
