We work with local producers, from whom we purchase their produce, thereby enabling them a more reliable sales channel and greater security in their work. From these carefully selected ingredients, we create products under the Iz kamr’ce brand and bring them to store shelves and into your homes.

Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 pair of smoked sausage
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt from KAMR’CA
  • 1 tsp marjoram from KAMR’CA
  • 1 tsp parsley from KAMR’CA
  • 4 bay leaves from KAMR’CA
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ground red paprika
  • 1 heaping tbsp ajvar
  • 5 small cans of white beans
  • 0,5 l water

Slurry: 1 tbsp flour · 1 dl cold water

Directions

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, and cut the bacon and smoked sausage into pieces.
In a large pot, heat some oil and cook the onion, carrot, bacon, and sausage until golden. Add the spices from KAMR’CA – seasoned salt, parsley, marjoram, and bay leaves – along with pepper, ground red paprika, and garlic powder. Stir well and let the aromas develop.

Add ajvar for extra depth and color, then add the beans and water. Stir and simmer over medium heat for about 1 hour. Mix flour and cold water into a smooth slurry, pour it into the stew while stirring, and cook for another 5–10 minutes until slightly thickened. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
