To make a chocolate mousse, Cocoa chocolate, biscuits, sweet cream, raspberries and hazelnuts in Cocoa chocolate are needed.

  • 200g Cocoa chocolate
  • 125g biscuits
  • 250g fresh raspberries
  • 400ml sweet cream
  • Cocoa hazelnuts in raw chocolate

Chop chocolate into small pieces, put them in a glass bowl and add 100ml of sweet cream at room temperature. Place the bowl over simmering water. Stir chocolate until melted. Make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl. Remove the bowl from the heat and leave the mixture of chocolate and cream to cool for 10 minutes. Whip 300ml of sweet cream halfway, add the chocolate mixture and whip the cream fully until the chocolate cream is fluffy.

Use 6 glasses and crumble biscuits in the bottom. Add chocolate mousse, then fresh raspberries, followed again by the mousse. Top with fresh raspberries and hazelnuts in chocolate. Put the glasses in a cool place. Leave the mousse to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
